Términos y condiciones

¿CÓMO PEDIR UNA COMISIÓN?★ Luego de leer mis términos y condiciones, contáctame por mensaje directo en Instagram.★ Indica qué estilo de dibujo deseas. Puedes ver los estilos disponibles en la sección "Prices" de mi Carrd.★ Envíame referencias visuales del personaje que quieres que dibuje y proporciona todos los detalles necesarios para la ilustración.📌 TÉRMINOS GENERALES★ El tiempo mínimo de entrega es de 15 días. Si necesito más tiempo, te lo comunicaré.★ La comisión comenzará una vez realizado el pago completo (100%).★ En la etapa de boceto (sketch), puedes solicitar hasta 3 cambios sin costo adicional. A partir del cuarto cambio, cada uno tendrá un costo de $7 USD.★ Solo se realizará un reembolso del 100% en el caso de que la comisión no haya comenzado.★ Si se solicita un reembolso durante la etapa de sketch, se reembolsará el 50% del precio total de la comisión.★ Si se solicita un reembolso durante la etapa de lineart, se reembolsará el 20% del precio total de la comisión.★ Una vez iniciada la etapa de coloreado o finalizado el dibujo, no se realizarán reembolsos, ni totales ni parciales. El cliente declara estar plenamente consciente y de acuerdo con esta condición.★IMPORTANTE No se permiten cambios en las etapas de lineart, color o una vez finalizado el dibujo. Solo durante el sketch.★ Si el arte se destina a fines de merchandising, se aplicará un cargo adicional de $50 USD, el cual se sumará al precio final de la comisión.
Este uso debe ser informado y acordado previamente con la artista.★ El precio puede aumentar si el encargo incluye elementos complejos.★Se añadirá al precio final de la ilustración la tarifa por el uso de Paypal.★ No imito estilos de otros artistas.★ Me reservo el derecho de rechazar comisiones sin necesidad de dar una explicación.★ En caso de que, durante el proceso de trabajo, la interacción con el cliente se vuelva incómoda, irrespetuosa o inapropiada, la artista se reserva el derecho de cancelar la comisión de manera unilateral.
En dicha situación, se realizará un reembolso parcial proporcional al estado de avance del trabajo, aplicable únicamente a las etapas de sketch (rembolso del 50% del total pagado) y lineart (rembolso del 20% del total pagado), según lo establecido en estos términos.Al tratarse de una comisión cancelada antes de su finalización, la obra no será entregada al cliente, independientemente del estado en que se encuentre.Asimismo, la artista se reserva el derecho de reutilizar, modificar o reciclar el dibujo y sus elementos visuales.
Los personajes del cliente quedan expresamente excluidos de este derecho y no serán utilizados bajo ninguna circunstancia, manteniéndose su propiedad intelectual intacta.★ Como artista, me reservo el derecho de publicar las ilustraciones comisionadas en mis redes sociales y portafolio, respetando los tiempos de publicación del cliente. No obstante, siempre se consultará previamente antes de realizar cualquier publicación.★ Al comisionarme, el cliente confirma haber leído, comprendido y aceptado en su totalidad todos los presentes Términos y Condiciones. Asimismo, declara ser plenamente consciente de su contenido, alcance y de las implicancias que estos conllevan, incluyendo políticas de pago, reembolsos, plazos y uso del trabajo final.💳 TÉRMINOS DE PAGO★ El pago debe realizarse al 100% por adelantado para iniciar la comisión.💳 MÉTODO DE PAGO★ El pago se realiza únicamente por PayPal y en USD o vía cuenta RUT.★ Necesitaré tu correo electrónico para enviarte una factura (en caso de que se use PayPal como medio de pago).★Si eres de Chile puedes realizar el deposito del pago via cuenta RUT. (Los precios no se convierten entre USD y CLP. La cifra indicada se mantiene igual para todos los métodos de pago.)💸 REMBOLSOS★ Solo se realizará un reembolso del 100% en el caso de que la comisión no haya comenzado.★ Si se solicita un reembolso durante la etapa de sketch, se reembolsará el 50% del precio total de la comisión.★ Si se solicita un reembolso durante la etapa de lineart, se reembolsará el 20% del precio total de la comisión.★ Una vez iniciada la etapa de coloreado o finalizada la comisión, no se realizarán reembolsos, ni totales ni parciales. El cliente declara estar plenamente consciente y de acuerdo con esta condición.🎨 PROCESO DE TRABAJO★ Una vez iniciada la comisión, enviaré actualizaciones del sketch.
⤷ En esta etapa se permiten hasta 3 cambios gratuitos.★ Enviaré una actualización cuando el dibujo pase a la etapa de coloreado y enviare mensajes, además actualizaciones pequeñas durante el desarrollo del dibujo.★ Si en algún momento sientes que nos hemos comunicado poco sobre tu comisión, puedes escribirme para que te confirme que sigo trabajando en tu comisión.
⤷ Esto no significa que puedas apresurarme con la entrega, es solo para reafirmación y tu tranquilidad.★ Una vez terminada la ilustración, te enviaré el archivo final a través de correo electrónico.

🔞 NSFW★ Acepto comisiones con contenido sexual y desnudos ilustrados.
★ No acepto fotos personales del cliente como referencia para ilustraciones NSFW. Solo se permiten referencias ilustrativas o de personajes ficticios.
★ El precio de las comisiones NSFW puede variar dependiendo del nivel de detalle o del tipo de contenido solicitado. Dicho precio será acordado previamente con el cliente, con un valor base a partir de $70 USD.
★ Si deseas incluir algún fetiche o contenido específico, debes comunicármelo de forma clara al hacer el pedido.
★ Me reservo el derecho de aceptar o rechazar cualquier contenido que no me sienta cómoda dibujando.
★ La artista únicamente ofrece la venta de piezas digitales.
No participa ni participará en ningún tipo de práctica sexual, ni en la venta, intercambio o solicitud de contenido íntimo, bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Terms and conditions

HOW TO REQUEST A COMMISSION?★ After reading my Terms and Conditions, contact me via direct message on Instagram.★ Indicate which drawing style you would like. You can view the available styles in the “Prices” section of my Carrd.★ Send visual references of the character you want me to draw and provide all the necessary details for the illustration.📌 GENERAL TERMS★ The minimum delivery time is 15 days. If I need additional time, I will inform you.★ The commission will begin once full payment (100%) has been completed.★ During the sketch stage, you may request up to 3 changes at no additional cost. From the fourth change onward, each change will have a cost of $7 USD.★ A 100% refund will only be issued if the commission has not yet started.
★ If a refund is requested during the sketch stage, 50% of the total commission price will be refunded.
★ If a refund is requested during the lineart stage, 20% of the total commission price will be refunded.
★ Once the coloring stage has begun or the artwork is finished, no refunds will be issued, either partial or full. The client declares full awareness of and agreement with this condition.★ IMPORTANT: No changes are allowed during the lineart, coloring, or after the artwork is finished. Changes are only allowed during the sketch stage.★ If the artwork is intended for merchandising purposes, an additional fee of $50 USD will apply and will be added to the final commission price.
This usage must be informed and agreed upon in advance with the artist.★ The price may increase if the commission includes complex elements.★ The PayPal service fee will be added to the final price of the illustration.★ I do not imitate the styles of other artists.★ I reserve the right to refuse commissions without the need to provide an explanation.★ In the event that, during the work process, the interaction with the client becomes uncomfortable, disrespectful, or inappropriate, the artist reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the commission.
In such a case, a partial refund proportional to the current stage of progress will be issued, applicable only to the sketch stage (50% refund of the total amount paid) and the lineart stage (20% refund of the total amount paid), as established in these terms.As the commission is canceled prior to its completion, the artwork will not be delivered to the client, regardless of its current stage.Additionally, the artist reserves the right to reuse, modify, or recycle the artwork and its visual elements.
The client’s characters are expressly excluded from this right and will not be used under any circumstances, with their intellectual property remaining fully intact.★ As the artist, I reserve the right to publish commissioned illustrations on my social media and portfolio, respecting the client’s preferred publication timing. However, I will always ask for permission before making any publication.★ By commissioning me, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all of these Terms and Conditions.
Furthermore, the client declares full awareness of their content, scope, and implications, including payment policies, refunds, deadlines, and usage of the final artwork.💳 PAYMENT TERMS★ Full payment (100%) is required in advance to begin the commission.💳 PAYMENT METHODS★ Payments are accepted only via PayPal (USD) or via Cuenta RUT.★ I will need your email address to send you an invoice (if PayPal is used as the payment method).★ If you are in Chile, you may make the payment via Cuenta RUT.
(Prices are not converted between USD and CLP. The stated amount remains the same for all payment methods.)💸 REFUNDS★ A 100% refund will only be issued if the commission has not yet started.★ If a refund is requested during the sketch stage, 50% of the total commission price will be refunded.★ If a refund is requested during the lineart stage, 20% of the total commission price will be refunded.★ Once the coloring stage has begun or the commission is finished, no refunds will be issued, either partial or full. The client declares full awareness of and agreement with this condition.🎨 WORK PROCESS★ Once the commission has started, I will send sketch updates.
⤷ Up to 3 free changes are allowed at this stage.★ I will send an update when the artwork moves to the coloring stage and will also send messages and small progress updates during the development of the illustration.★ If at any point you feel that communication regarding your commission has been limited, you may message me so I can confirm that I am still working on it.
⤷ This does not mean that you may rush the delivery; it is only for reassurance and your peace of mind.★ Once the illustration is finished, I will send the final file to you via email.

🔞 NSFW★ I accept commissions with sexual content and illustrated nudity.
★ I do not accept personal photos from clients as references for NSFW illustrations. Only illustrative references or fictional characters are allowed.
★ The price of NSFW commissions may vary depending on the level of detail or the type of content requested. The final price will be agreed upon with the client in advance, with a base price starting at 70 USD.
★ If you want to include any fetish or specific content, you must clearly communicate it when placing the request.
★ I reserve the right to accept or decline any content I’m not comfortable drawing.
★ The artist only offers the sale of digital artworks.
They do not and will not participate in any form of sexual activity, nor in the sale, exchange, or solicitation of intimate content, under any circumstances.
